Jonathan started his career at Air Liquide as an R&D engineer after mastering in Process Engineering and Biology. He led international project teams to implement optimization and control solutions for gas production units, Hydrogen filling stations and distribution (supply chain) networks. From 2011 to 2015, Jonathan managed the development and roll-out of a cryogenic-based disruptive offer for refrigerated trucks. Before joining Redberry, he acted two years as Program Director for Air Liquide Europe Supply Chains transformation, covering operational performance and digitization. Jonathan is a former student of Ecole Polytechnique in Paris-Saclay and Mines-Paristech. He also followed the Executive Leadership Program in 2015 at the London Business School.

Joseph started his career at Pechiney as an R&D engineer before joining Air Liquide in 2004 where he served as R&D program director, in charge of the group project portfolio in process control and instrumentation. He joined Merck Millipore in 2008 where he led the product development and industrialization activities within the Biomonitoring Business Unit. In 2012, he founded Advencis, a company specialized in instrumentation for the Life Sciences & Healthcare sectors and which developed an innovative technology in rapid microbiology. Advencis has been acquired by bioMérieux in October 2014. Joseph is a former student of Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris-Saclay (formerly Cachan) and holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Lille, France.
